Wall racks in different sizes
The steel wall racks are available in different sizes. You can contact us for a wall rack with 2 or, for example, 3 shelves. Because we deliver the wall rack separately, you can decide for yourself how wide the shelves should be in the metal rack.
You could also choose to leave one floor open to be able to store a higher accessory or to hang a hanging plant from the metal frame, for example.
Manufacture of the wall racks
Our steel wall racks are made from specially selected steel profiles and welded by qualified welders. All our mounting plates are cut on high-quality industrial lasers so that you can be sure that the dimensions are correct. By working with slotted holes in the steel mounting plates, the wood can continue to work and cracks or deformation of your wood are limited. The industrial wall racks are first extensively tested by us before we put them on the market, so that you can be sure of a high-quality product.
Mounting the wall racks
All our products are easy to assemble. You will not receive any mounting materials to attach the wall racks to the wall, because everyone mounts a different thickness of plank in the wall rack. You must provide the correct plugs and screws to attach the shelves to the rack.
Powder coating
Since we are proud of our product and only want to offer you the best quality, we provide our steel wall racks with an opaque powder coating as standard, so no untreated steel, plastic film layers or clear spray paint that peels off after a few months.
Our industrial wall racks are chemically cleaned or blasted. This industrial pre-treatment prepares the steel for the powder coating to adhere well so that you can enjoy your metal wall rack for years to come. After applying the powder coating, the table legs are completely clean, they feel smooth, they are easy to keep clean and the industrial look comes into its own even better.
