How nice that you want to work with the steel frames from Nordstahl! We want to offer the furniture makers / dealers who work with us a platform to offer the widest range possible to their customers.

As a customer you are divided into at least one of the following categories:
- Cabinet maker
- Point of sale with webshop
- Point of sale with showroom
For admission we will look at the geographical location & target group of your store / company. At a point of sale, the look of your store / webshop is also taken into account. If you have more than one branch, then a "per" establishment will be checked to see whether a dealership is feasible. Online sales in combination with or without a physical point of sale is permitted, subject to approval from Nordstahl. Online sales via third parties (marketplace, bol.com, kapaza, etc) are not permitted.
Conditions for becoming a customer:
- There must be a maximum of 6 months between each order. After 6 months no order we contact, and possibly the contract is terminated.
- Indication of Nordstahl on the website (if available) d.m.v. a link to www.nordstahl.com
- Brochure material is within reach for customers in the showroom / store.
- Furniture makers: Customers must be notified that they receive a product that uses a Nordstahl frame.

Order online:
Ordering via our B2B shop. At www.nordstahl.com you can easily login via 'Customer Login' with your personal login details. The advantage of this online shop is that it is always kept up to date and per article it is stated whether it is in stock and if not, what the delivery time is.
Recommended retail price:
In the B2B shop the advice sales prices are mentioned by means of a crossed-out price next to the purchase price. These suggested retail prices are listed in an 'excl. VAT 'price. (Recommended retail price x 1.21 = sales price)

Supply conditions:
We do not carry a minimum order amount. Orders must be paid before shipment. If your product has a longer delivery time than payment is sufficient just before shipping, we will inform you when the product is in stock. You can also pay by debit or cash when you pick up.

Shipment:
We ship our products in cardboard boxes with a packing list bag with Nordstahl flyer and brand magnets for the frames. We offer dropshipping opportunities. You can enter the address of your customer with your order online. If you want to order more products at once, you must place a separate order per customer, changing the shipping address in the customer's address.
The shipping costs are calculated per package at € 7.25 excl. VAT for shipping within NL. For orders of> € 1000.00, shipping is free. Outside the Netherlands, other rates apply, for which we refer you to the B2B shop.
If a product is not in stock, this product may be in production. The average waiting time before we get the stock replenished is 2 to 3 weeks, exceptions excluded.

Delivery times:
The delivery times for each product are indicated in the B2B shop. If you order different products, the entire order will be collected by default before it is shipped. If you are in a hurry with a product from the order and have an 'up-to-date report' here, please feel free to send it early. ATTENTION: delivery times online are an indication, not a guarantee.

Damage / complaint handling:
Any defects / defects must be reported by e-mail ([email protected]) within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photos, article code and quantities. After return receipt, the product is checked by us before we create a credit note. This credit note will be paid to you within 5 working days after approval.
If you agree with / meet the conditions and you want to proceed to a cooperation, we would naturally like to request a login code for you. We then need your complete company details including VAT number. In that case we will receive this via http://nordstahl.webshopapp.com/account/register/
